Dato Jayasimman, the visionary founder of Amli Mountan, embarked on his journey in the real estate realm at the age of 20 in Kedah. Recognising the opportunities awaiting in Kuala Lumpur, he relocated to the capital to enrich his business prospects. Through his tenure in various real estate enterprises, he established Amli Mountan in 2016. Since then, propelled by his unwavering dedication and foresight, he has emerged as a trailblazer in the real estate sector, guiding Amli to expand its reach into diverse industries
Dato Dr. Haji Mahamad Zubir has three decades of experience in the health and pharmaceutical sectors. As managing director of a pharmaceutical firm, he combined technical and business skills to drive the company's growth and enhance its distribution network, resulting in annual revenue increase. His leadership attracted the Minister's attention, leading to his appointment to revitalise Picoms International University College.
Zainul, with over 30 years in banking, brings extensive experience from major financial institutions. He's shown exceptional leadership, managing diverse sales teams across regions, offering comprehensive training, and strategic direction. His role involved developing and executing plans, analysing market trends, and fostering a high-performance culture for exceeding revenue targets and delivering top-notch customer service. Zainul has also introduced innovative sales incentive programs, consistently contributing to organisational growth and success.
