Dato Jayasimman, the visionary founder of Amli Mountan, embarked on his journey in the real estate realm at the age of 20 in Kedah. Recognising the opportunities awaiting in Kuala Lumpur, he relocated to the capital to enrich his business prospects. Through his tenure in various real estate enterprises, he established Amli Mountan in 2016. Since then, propelled by his unwavering dedication and foresight, he has emerged as a trailblazer in the real estate sector, guiding Amli to expand its reach into diverse industries
Robaayah boasts an extensive career in the property development industry, where she assisted team leaders of large corporations with overseeing projects of various sizes, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and driving the successful completion of developments. Her expertise encompasses strategic planning, financial management, and market analysis. Through her experience of assisting her heads, she has fostered collaborative relationships with architects, contractors, and investors, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality.
Dinesh, a recent economics graduate brings youthful energy and a keen appreciation for global architecture to the company. Inspired by remarkable architectural feats with his extensive travel experience, he is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and contributing to sustainable, community-focused development. Dinesh aims to revolutionise Malaysia’s architectural landscape with innovative and futuristic designs, driving the company’s growth and enhancement of the built environment.
Johari brings extensive experience in development, housing, and commercial endeavours, with a specialised focus on Malay Reserved Land. Demonstrating robust communication and interpersonal abilities, Johari is deeply committed to fostering positive relationships and excels in navigating diverse interpersonal dynamics. His proficiency in relationship development and maintenance is exemplary.
Maganthiran brings to the table more than 37 years of distinguished expertise as a Senior Manager within the corporate property valuation division across multiple esteemed international property consultancy firms. Throughout his tenure, he has been instrumental in orchestrating comprehensive portfolio valuations spanning a diverse range of property assets.
